Katie Ippolito MS, RDN (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor with a special interest in eating disorders and disordered eating. Katie works collaboratively with her clients to release body shame and blame, strengthen the mind-body connection, and gain body trust in order to feel confident, joyful and empowered. She helps clients reclaim their power and food freedom by unlearning diet culture’s harmful messages and shifting towards a positive relationship with food.
Katie takes an all-foods-fit, anti-diet, and weight-neutral approach to nutrition counseling that is aligned with Health At Every Size and incorporates principles of Intuitive Eating.
Katie received a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University with a double major in Biological Sciences and Dance. She went on to achieve a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Public Health from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she also completed her dietetic internship, gaining valuable experience in eating disorders and disordered eating, gastrointestinal disorders, and pediatrics. Katie currently works as a dietitian in residential and PHP/IOP eating disorder treatment programs for Monte Nido & Affiliates.
